We help our clients sell their products and communicate their story to the best possible audiences to create a premium result. We utilize data and analytics to consistently improve every service of Today’s Business which will create sustainable, long term, and transparent successes for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

The Account Coordinator (AC) is responsible for delegating to all internal teams while learning the digital marketing industry and Today’s Business services. The AC will support our Account Managers in building client relationships through managing projects with our internal teams. The AC has great interpersonal skills, is a quick learner, and has a passion for digital marketing.

Here Are Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timelines (website and multi-channel campaigns) to ensure team is on track for completion
    ○ Completes Quality Assurance checks throughout the project(s)
  • Assist the Account Manager respond to client emails and submit tasks for internal team
  • Submit, track and monitor open tasks for assigned clients
    ○ Coordinate interdepartmental teams to complete client deliverables
  • Create monthly report templates for strategy teams
    ○ Pull client information from Google Data Studio Dashboard
    ○ Review reporting metrics
  • Conduct client calls, as needed, to report on campaign progress
  • Oversee requests from clients submitting forms through the Today’s Business website
    ○ Confirm details of request with client
    ○ Communicate with internal team to provide a timeline for completion
    ○ Confirm the completion of the task with the client
  • Note taking in client meetings and phone calls in order to compile and submit action items
    ○ Responsible for creating agendas and sending it to the internal team 48hrs prior to client meetings
  • Build client relationships through email/meeting communication
  • Assist with the creation of client presentations and meeting preparation

You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and online optimization strategies
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with competing deadlines
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
