What We’re Looking For:

The SEM Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of all search engine marketing campaigns. The SEM Coordinator should possess a firm grasp of search engine marketing. Additionally, this team member should have a working knowledge of Google Ads, including but not limited to campaign structure, keywords, match types, etc. In this role, you will be expected to manage specific paid search campaigns and assist all clients to meet established spend, lead goals, and other performance metrics.

Here Are Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Strategist to develop and execute cohesive digital marketing strategies.
  • Build, manage, and optimize Paid Search campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and Display Networks.
  • Perform routine optimization checks on all campaigns, including bidding, keyword and ad optimization, etc.
  • Monitor campaigns in accordance with each client’s marketing budget and goals.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and spends weekly for all clients.
  • Create and present weekly and monthly reports to the Senior Digital Strategist on SEM campaign performance to ensure KPIs are on track, utilizing data tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Utilize and stay up to date on SEM best practices and client specific KPIs for efficient campaign optimization and updates.
  • Conduct competitor research for keywords and competitor campaigns using SEMRush.
  • Collaborate with website team and Senior Digital Strategist for landing page creation and goal tracking through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Manage product feeds through Shopify & Google Merchant Center for ecommerce clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, with proper segmentation and structure to maximize performance and achieve the clients goals.

You Have:

  • 1-2 years of experience with Google Analytics and/or SEM preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
  • Comfortability with Excel and numbers for campaign reporting, budgeting, data manipulation, and more.
  • Ability to make data-driven, logical, and logistical decisions.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Google Adwords/Analytics Certifications preferred.
