What We’re Looking For:

The SEM and Email Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of all search engine marketing and email campaigns. The SEM and Email Marketing Coordinator should possess a firm grasp of search engine marketing. Additionally, this team member should have a working knowledge of email marketing and campaign structure. In this role, you will be expected to manage specific paid search projects and to assist all brands to meet established spend, lead goals and other performance metrics

Here Are Your Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Senior Digital Strategist to develop and execute cohesive digital marketing strategies
Create email campaigns through collaboration with Creative team and Senior Digital Strategist
Create ad copy and creatives for SEM and Email Marketing campaigns in collaboration with Creative Team
Adjust budgets and collaborate with internal teams to ensure success of clients’ campaigns
Monitor SEM spends weekly for clients
Create/Run all assigned reporting with Senior Digital Strategist via Google Data Studio
Optimize campaigns as needed through specific SEM techniques and platforms
Create SEM campaigns, Ad Groups, and Keywords (Google and Bing)
Implement budget allocation towards campaigns and ad groups
Conduct competitor research for keywords (SEMRush)
Collaborate with website team for landing page creation and page tracking
Manage Product Feed Management on Ecommerce Clients
Set up and manage marketing automation through Hubspot
Manage lead generation, databases & email reporting
Coordinate with marketing to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, with proper segmentation to maximize engagement

You Have:

Two years of experience with Google Analytics and/or SEM
Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
Amazing and resourceful problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Understanding of landing pages, call tracking, PPC
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
General understanding of search engine optimization
Proficient in Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Google Adwords, Bing Ads.
Google Adwords and Analytics Certifications.
Google Merchant Center (Shopping) experience
Experience in working with marketing automation and email marketing tools (Hubspot)
Strong functional expertise to manage and create a variety of email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, split tests
Hands on experience in email campaign delivery, setup and analytics
Understanding of CRM platforms (Hubspot)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent spoken and written persuasive communication skills
