What We’re Looking For:

The Social Media Strategist is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of all paid social campaigns. The Social Media Strategist should possess a firm grasp of advertising on social platforms, including but not limited to campaign structure, audiences, ad types, etc. In this role, you will be expected to manage specific paid social campaigns and assist all clients to meet established spend, lead goals, and other performance metrics. The Social Media Strategist will also manage email marketing campaigns.

Here Are Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Strategist to develop and execute cohesive digital marketing strategies.
  • Build, manage, and optimize Paid Socials campaigns, including but not limited to Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads & TikTok Ads.
  • Perform routine optimization checks on all campaigns, including ad creative, audiences, landing pages, ad copy, etc.)
  • Monitor campaigns in accordance with each client’s marketing budget and goals.
  • Report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure KPIs are on track.
  • Create and utilize reports in Google Data Studio and Google Analytics to analyze and present
    data, for internal and client-facing use.
  • Utilize and stay up to date on social media best practices and client specific KPIs for efficient campaign optimization and updates.
  • Collaborate with the website development team and Senior Digital Strategist for landing page creation and goal tracking through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist (Organic) to ensure that client voice is consistent across all social accounts.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including email creation, workflows, audience lists, etc.
  • Recommend and implement email best practices and identify opportunities for A/B testing.
  • Set up emails in client manager, including uploading of graphics, tracking URLs, assistance with data loading and updating of data such as unsubscribes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, with proper segmentation and structure to maximize performance and achieve the clients goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in email marketing AND Social Media or Digital Marketing/Advertising, with specific experience in ecommerce campaigns.
  • Experience utilizing social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience using analytics tools including Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms including HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including translating strategy and data in reports, presentations, etc.
  • Understanding of marketing objectives, campaign tracking, analytics and KPIs.
  • Ability to make data driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Ability to strategize, test, and learn to deliver the best possible results on campaigns.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail.
