What We’re Looking For:

A Social Media Strategist is the voice behind our clients’ social media, managing communications in both directions. This digital savvy person is responsible for all communications, social media, and content creation, among other things. Our social media strategists are the expert in defining, understanding and connecting with the unique community of each social platform.
Here Are Your Responsibilities:

Creates Ad Account + Set up proper billing; adds the appropriate people to Ad Accounts
Responsible to get FB Page and IG Account on Business Manager and assign appropriate members to the page
Work with Google Analytics Technician to set up FB Pixel, Events, and Custom Conversions
Responsible for tracking being set up properly and firing
Work with Google Analytics Technician on Zapier integrations for Lead Generation Ads
Sets up reminders to check Zapier integrations for assigned accounts to make sure all is linked properly
Responsible for creating Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads for all assigned accounts; Follow naming convention as well as UTM naming convention
Responsible for reporting on accounts weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually (as determined per client)
Responsible for Strategy Presentation for assigned accounts
Responsible for working with the Creative Team on ad graphics and updating them when necessary based on performance. (Ads should be rotated quarterly. )
Assists with landing page copy for any ads that will be directed to new landing pages
Write organic content for assigned clients
Increase social media engagement through best practices
You Have:

A minimum of 2 years experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing
Advanced knowledge of all social media platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in conversion tracking
The ability to self-edit content, ensuring the quality of work consistently exceeds expectations with no grammatical or spelling errors
Experience using analytics tools, ie. Google Analytics
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines without fail
Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
Experience with social media tools
Agency experience preferred
