Introduction
In June of 2019, a healthy meal delivery service that provides meals for customers across the country signed with Today’s Business to manage its affiliate marketing program. The client was looking for a new partner who shared a similar motivation for growth and had the expertise to effectively manage and grow the affiliate marketing program.
The Challenge
The client’s program growth was stagnant. The agency they had partnered with took a set-it and forget-it approach and was not motivated to grow the program. The client’s internal team possessed neither the time nor industry expertise and relationships to grow the campaign effectively. Prior to signing with Today’s Business the client’s affiliate program was getting roughly 300 transactions per month.
The Solution
The Today’s Business affiliate team implemented the following solutions based on affiliate marketing industry knowledge and experience to help grow the program.
- Merged 2 separate Pepperjam programs into one cohesive program
- Transitioned program from RevShare to CPA program
- Connected with existing partners to see how we can assist them with their efforts to drive them maximum results and revenue (custom graphics, coupons, offers, etc.)
- Prospected new partners who created content around subscription boxes, keto meals, paleo meals, gluten-free meals, meal kits, or food in general
The Results
From July 1, 2019 to January 14th, 2020 the client’s affiliate program had seen the following results:
Today’s Business more than doubled the amount of monthly new customers acquired to the healthy meal delivery service’s affiliate program taking it from roughly 300 new customers per month to around 780 new customers per month!
